The first step suggested is to research the Dispensaries in your local area. They are all different and do not offer the same products and prices. Consider the available discounts and first time offers when planning purchases. We are happy to offer guidance to our patients on where to start.
The second suggestion is do not over buy! Unless you already know what works for you, limit your purchase in order to get an idea of what works and what doesn’t work. You can make as many purchases as required during your order period, up to your milligram limit.
The third suggestion is allow yourself plenty of time when making your first visit to the Dispensary. It will take time to become informed. When you arrive to the dispensary, let them know you are a first-time patient and require assistance. The Dispensaries are very well educated in their products and what works for your condition. Ask questions about the products and available offerings.
Finally, if you have followed the first suggestion, you should have a fairly good knowledge base about pricing. Remember, all Dispensaries will vary in cost and milligrams sold so, know how to calculate the cost of gram of the product. Simply divide the price of the item by the number of total milligrams of the product to determine the cost per milligram. Don’t forget to consider any special promotions of discounts offered that will reduce your cost.
