The Medical Marijuana Clinic office staff will enter your information you provided on the Patient Intake form into the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) the day of your appointment but no later than 24 hours after the medical marijuana doctor approves you for your medical marijuana recommendation.
You will receive an email from [email protected] with your MMUR email login and temporary password information.
Your login will be the email address you provided to us on your Patient Intake form.

The DMV is interfaced with the Medical Marijuana Registry. When we enter your social, FL DL number and date of birth, the registry automatically populates the registry with your FL DL information and photo. Occasionally it does not find a record and we must enter it manually, but we will always verify your information before entering it.

After verifying your information and confirming your license/state ID, go to the payment portion and submit the $75 state fee. The sooner you make your payment, the sooner the state can process your application.

After you complete the MMUR application process it will take about 2-3 business days to receive the approval email from the state. After you receive the approval email, you can visit a dispensary to make your purchase by simply showing them your DL or state issued ID. Your MM Card will typically arrive 1-2 weeks after you receive your approval email.
What if I’m denied?
If you are denied by the MMUR or have not received an email from the state after 24 hours of your appointment, call the MMUR office number 800-808-9580 to inquire about the denial or delay. Our office has no access to that information.
Note: Denials by the MMUR are usually due to lack of proof of residence or unapproved photo if you uploaded your own which we do not recommend doing.

The state requires a new certification every 7 months or 210 days. We will email you an appointment reminder and contact you when it is time to schedule your next visit. The good news is you will be eligible for a telehealth appointment without having to come into the office for an in-person visit as long as the state leaves the present requirements in place.
