Our office headquarters is in South Tampa at 1601 W Platt Street.

We see patients in Tampa and locations throughout Florida, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Delray Beach, Aventura, Coral Gables, Bonita Springs and Sarasota. Appointments are required and we do not accept walk-ins. Appointment days are limited based on our physicians’ availability.

OUR PHYSICIANS

DAVID P. KALIN, MD, MPH

Dr. Kalin is our Tampa office Medical Marijuana Physician. He is certified in Family Practice by the Board of Certification in Family Practice of the American Board of Physician Specialists and has served on both the Academy of Family Practice and Board of Certification. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians is a certified Independent Medical Examiner of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and was Board Qualified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Presently, Dr. Kalin, is a member of the Pinellas County Medical Society, Florida Medical Association, and is on the Board of Advisors of the Medical Tourism Association.

JOHN W. JEPMA, DO

Dr. Jepma is our Medical Marijuana Physician in Orlando, Jacksonville, Daytona and Melbourne. He is a Family Medicine Specialist in Daytona Beach, FL and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Arizona College Of Osteopathic Medicine Of Midwestern University, Midwestern University medical school in 2000.

DONALD S. FRANKLIN, MD

Dr. Franklin is our Medical Marijuana Physician in Sarasota and our South Florida locations. He is an Emergency Medicine specialist in Bradenton, Florida. He attended and graduated from George Washington University School Of Medicine in 1966, having over 55 years of diverse experience, especially in Emergency Medicine. He is affiliated with many hospitals including Manatee Memorial Hospital.
